On Line Shopping

Have you ever found that great pair of shoes on line but were a little un easy about having them shipped to you.  Order them and have them delivered to Stepping Out.  We will call you when they arrive and you can come and try them on.  If they don't fit or you don't like them, leave us all the information and we will send them back for you. Make sure you know your size.  Vendors sizes vary.  Measure your foot if possible. Also ask us about our extended sites for shopping.

WE Support our Community

We have made a commitment to support those who help the causes of women and children.  Currently we believe in the work that is being done at A SAFE PLACE .  Help us help them by donating an item from their  Wish List  and receive a minimum of $5.00 off your next purchase.

We also believe in the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County.  This is a great way to recycle those career and professional clothes out of your closet.  You know the rule, if you have not worn it in the last 6 months......  Here is a non-profit organization that is helping those who are helping themselves. Give your clean, good condition, on a hanger suits, blouses, etc to someone who can use them to better her life. They will also take your electronic e waste whether it is working or not. 

Of course our anchor is the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Oakland/Bay Area Chapter. This is an organization that is committed to providing programs that increase the participation of African American women in economic, civic, entrepreneurial and human resources arenas of their respective communities through education, scholarships and collaboration.
As we continue to grow we will expand our area of support. 

Shoe Parties
Get ready, this is a new service that will be introduced in the fall of 2010.  You will have an opportunity to shop in a private location with friends and family. Stay tuned for the invites.
